This is my second time with Ashley estates, and I cannot express how much of a pleasure it is to rent a home with them. After I finished my first rental I wished I had never left. So, to be renting with them again is amazing. They make me feel at ease knowing that if I have any problems they are only a phone call away and deal with anything that I may need help with.

Being an existing Landlord of Ashley Estates, I asked David if he would advise me on a second property I was interested in purchasing with a view to letting it out. David met me at the house and gave me excellent advice on the letting potential of the property.

I have now purchased the property and received an excellent service from Ashley Estates who between exchange of contracts and completion arranged a viewing with a potential tenant on the property.

The tenant passed the necessary references and moved in very shortly after completion this led me to having a very minimal void period. A GREAT SERVICE!!

I have known Dave Hannay for 20 years. As a local Chartered Surveyor and also a Landlord I have dealt with most local letting agencies. I was very pleased to give David and his team my house to manage now it has become vacant again.
